Not a Headliner is based in Madrid, his speciality is crude techno both in the studio and on stage, being relatively new to the scene he has managed to achieve some space in the local scene with his strong machine based live act and his skillful dj sets.

Sistema de Combate returns to the dancefloor but with a mental twist. The hypnosis is guaranteed on this one, with no previsible breakdowns of obvious calls to action, the linear structure leaves the workout to the dj gib¡ving the necessary tools to create a proper weapon.
Agazapado starts with a relentless groove with shuffled toms and crispy hats providing the groove. After several bars, new percussive elements add pressure to the beat, wisely administered on a complex structure. A few elements keep the tension during almost five minutes, definitely a mixing tool for those who know.
Dislexia Moral speeds up the tempo, using many distorted elements to create chaos and confusion in a semi industrial mood. The sonic aggression fills the sound space violently until the main sequence shows up in the middle of the arrangement. An after hours hymn only for the brave.
Nacido del Mar is the sentimental slice in this EP, broken rhythms as conductive thread, floaty pads as main melodic element and a hint of melancholy and sadness impregnating everything. Definitely you can feel the sea and underwater landscapes on this one.

Not a Headliner tiene su base en Madrid, su especialidad es el techno crudo tanto en el estudio como en el escenario, siendo relativamente nuevo en esto, ha logrado ganar su un espacio en la escena local con su sólido directo basado en máquinas y sus hábiles sesiones de dj.
Ahora es bienvenido a nuestro equipo, entregando un EP digital de cuatro pistas que se lanzará exclusivamente a través de nuestro Bandcamp.
Sistema de Combate regresa a la pista de baile pero con un giro mental. La hipnosis está garantizada, sin rupturas previsibles o llamadas a la acción obvias, la estructura lineal deja el arreglo en manos del dj proporcionando las herramientas necesarias para crear un arma adecuada.
Agazapado comienza con un ritmo implacable a base de toms aleatorios y hats crujientes como elementos rítmicos principales. Después de varios compases, nuevos elementos de percusión agregan presión al ritmo, sabiamente administrados en una estructura compleja. Unos pocos elementos mantienen la tensión durante casi cinco minutos, definitivamente una herramienta de mezcla para los que saben.
Dislexia Moral acelera el tempo, usando elementos distorsionados para crear caos y confusión en un estado de ánimo semi industrial. La agresión sónica llena violentamente el espacio sonoro hasta que la secuencia principal aparece en medio del arreglo. Un himno after hours para los más atrevidos.
Nacido del Mar es la dosis sentimental de este EP, ritmos rotos como hilo conductor, pads flotantes como elemento melódico principal y un toque de melancolía y tristeza que lo impregna todo. Definitivamente puedes sentir el mar y los paisajes submarinos en este corte.
