Le Frigouras is our new EP since a long hiatus, in this four tracker, Perfo delivers a well crafted collection of incisive and precise techno.

The track naming the EP starts mercilessly, with most of the elements up from the first bars, progressively spiced with subtle changes and arrangement details. A solid kick and a rumbled bassline provides the basement while panned distorted elements add the spice in the recipe. The result is rugged and funky at the same time, fast paced and hypnotic.

Le Filibert is again based on obscure rhythm components, filtered and processed in the beginning and slowly growing as the arrangement grows. Subtle drone action adds tension to the overall feel, obscure and deep.

CONCEPTUAL reinvents Le Frigouras, slowing down the pace, slowing the punch and focusing on textures and gummy sequences and ambiances. This one is definitely for the mind but can cause some damage on intelligent dancefloors when mixed wisely.

On Le Grand Bleu the feeling is dense and profound with a super solid combination of bass and kick coloured with rugged textures and semi hidden bleeps running through the stereo field.

A timeless EP out of trends and tendencies, focused on the spirit of what techno should be.

Le Frigouras es nuestro nuevo EP después de una larga pausa, a lo largo de estos cuatro temas, Perfo ofrece una colección bien elaborada de techno incisivo y preciso.

La pista que da nombre al EP comienza sin piedad, con la mayoría de los elementos desde los primeros compases, condimentados progresivamente con cambios sutiles y detalles en el arreglo. Un bombo sólido y una línea de bajo retumbante proporcionan la base, mientras que los elementos distorsionados panorámicos agregan sal a la receta. El resultado es rudo y funky al mismo tiempo, trepidante e hipnótico.

En Le Grand Bleu, la sensación es densa y profunda con una combinación súper sólida de bajo y bombo coloreado con texturas densas y bleeps semi ocultos que recorren el campo estéreo.

CONCEPTUAL reinventa Le Frigouras, ralentizando el ritmo, suavizando la pegada y centrándose en texturas y secuencias gomosas y ambientales. Este corte es definitivamente para la mente, pero puede causar mucho daño en las pistas de baile inteligentes cuando se mezcla sabiamente.

Le Filibert se basa nuevamente en componentes rítmicos oscuros, filtrados y procesados al comienzo, creciendo lentamente a medida que avanza el arreglo. La sutil acción de los drones añade tensión a la sensación general, gris y profunda.

Un EP atemporal fuera de modas y tendencias, centrado en el espíritu de lo que debería ser el techno.
